Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, timelines, and client reporting
- Drive construction progress in line with the programme
- 10+ years of site management experience on large commercial or government projects
- Relevant construction qualification (NDip / BTech / BSc in Construction Management or similar)
- Proven ability to manage multi-million rand projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
