- Quality System Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for quality enhancement and leading initiatives to improve manufacturing processes.
- Supplier and Customer Liaison: Managing relationships with suppliers and customers to address quality issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Audits and Compliance: Conducting internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of quality metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
- Manage the entire quality department which also includes metrology with full CMM functions
- Matric
- Degree in Quality
- Press shop background with in-depth / technical knowledge
- 10 years -15 years experience
- CMM experience
- Quality systems experience / IATF 16949
- Core tools knowledge
