Seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee national shopfitting projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or commercial shopfitting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers under tight deadlines. This role involves both on-site and office-based responsibilities and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in site/project management within the shopfitting or interior fit-out industry
Strong knowledge of retail construction and fixture installation processes
Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors across locations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites nationally
Proficient in Microosft Office and basic project management software (e.g., MS Project or similar)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
Health & Safety certification or compliance knowledge advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities from handover to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, production teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Supervise subcontractors and internal teams during installation, ensuring work is completed to spec and within deadlines
Conduct site inspections, measure progress, and report on milestones and potential delays
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor material deliveries, equipment use, and stock levels on-site
Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during project execution
Compile site reports, sign-off documentation, and snag lists
Act as main point of contact between the site and head office teams
