Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, or NQF 4 equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in server administration and operating systems.
A++ Certification.
Experience with IPT/VOIP and PABX-related technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Server Administration & Management
Configure and maintain virtualised environments (vSphere VMware, Nutanix).
Manage Exchange mail servers, Active Directory, antivirus, and backup servers (Veeam, Commvault).
Administer Office 365, Sage 300, QlikView/QlikSense, and mail filtering tools (e.g., Epurifier).
Oversee databases (e.g., MariaDB), archive systems, and ManageEngine tools.

IT Infrastructure & System Support
Monitor system performance, backups, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure operational continuity.
Assist with network support, IPT/VOIP, and PABX systems.
Contribute to system upgrades and cross-functional IT projects.
