Please note that a recognised SABPP or related membership is advantageous, coupled with solid experience in a highly unionized environment being essential. Residents in the Cape Town area will receive preference.
- You will have a degree in HR or similar field, be SABPP registered and have 10 years experience in managing HR, IR and Payroll supervision a fast paced, unionized environment, with candidates from the transportation sector being ideal.
- You will have solid expertise in managing employee wellness programmes, managing all IR and disciplinary functions, implementing policies and procedures and managing EE and related plans/reports
- You will have solid experience in organizational planning, facilitating training and development practices and managing performance-based projects
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Advanced Excel is essential
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
