Application Engineer – (Technical Support/ Engineering / Installation / Bearings / Filters)

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to end users in mining, steel, cement, paper, and crusher industries.
• Assist customers with failure diagnosis and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure proper installation and usage of products through hands-on technical assistance.
• Build strong relationships with technical teams at customer sites.
• Understand customer-specific needs to help tailor product solutions effectively.
• Align technical support with sales goals to drive new orders and inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to address technical aspects of customer requirements.
• Offer technical insights to strengthen sales pitches and strategies.
• Participate in sales meetings to provide technical input.
• Stay informed on industry developments, especially related to bearings and filters.
• Share relevant technical updates with internal teams to maintain alignment.
• Conduct training for sales teams, dealers, and clients on product usage and industry best practices.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to R&D and sales for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical visit reports outlining issues, solutions, and future opportunities.
• Support product enhancement through insights gained from field interactions.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, ideally with expertise in bearings and filters.
• Proven experience working with key applications in mining, cement, steel, paper, and crushers.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly understand complex technical challenges.
