Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Finance
2–3 years’ experience in a junior accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in Sage Pastel and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with account reconciliations and supplier payments
High attention to detail and organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and pay supplier invoices in line with company policy
Purchase equipment and supplies as per management approval
Issue accurate invoices to customers and follow up on payments
Record and allocate cash receipts; prepare and make bank deposits
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Conduct periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Manage and reconcile petty cash
Assist in preparing information required for the annual audit
Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all accounting documents
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national financial regulations
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required by management
