Job overview:
My client, a leading provider of integrated business solutions in Southern Africa, is looking for a Service Controller to join their team at their offices in Paarl.
The purpose of this position is to co-ordinate and manage all incoming service requests on various platforms.
Duties:
- Create incoming incidents and update clients with necessary information
- Manage created incidents according to the company’s KPI’s
- Generate quotations for chargeable incidents
Requirements/ Skills needed
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Customer contact centre experience will be advantageous
- ServiceNow and Athena experience will be advantageous
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Professional telephone etiquette
