Qualifications
Bachelor Human Resources or Skills Development Facilitator certification.
Experience
Minimum 6 years in an L&D Specialist role with specific focus on the following:
Designing and developing learning content
Administrator/ super user of learning management system
Oversee graduate/ internship/ learnership programme.
Procurement and management of training service providers.
Preferable in Insurance or Financial sector
