WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Start Date: End of May 2025

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and Bendi trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack orders with high attention to detail
• Manage and update inventory systems
• Load and unload goods
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Valid Forklift and/or Bendi license
• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre
• Solid experience operating forklifts/Bendi machinery
• Competency in order picking and inventory handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and computer literacy
• Physically fit – able to lift and carry items (up to ±20kg)
• Good vision and coordination for machinery operation
• Commitment to safety and following warehouse protocols
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
