We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Clients dynamic and growing team.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-profile building projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
- Administer and manage sub-contractor and supplier contracts
- Perform accurate valuations and cost reporting
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial control
- Prepare tender and contract documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide financial updates
- 5 to 8 years' experience working on building construction projects
- Proficient in CCS (Candy Construction Software)
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC)
- Proven experience with cost planning, estimating, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (BSc or equivalent)
