Fleet Manager

 

Are you an experienced Fleet Manager with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled and proactive individual to manage our fleet of vehicles for a leading electrical contracting company in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of company vehicles
✅ Ensure compliance with all transport and safety regulations
✅ Manage fuel usage, vehicle tracking, and fleet efficiency
✅ Coordinate vehicle allocation and availability for operational needs
✅ Monitor and control fleet-related costs
✅ Implement and maintain fleet management systems
✅ Work closely with drivers and operational teams to optimize performance

Requirements:

? Proven experience in fleet management (preferably in the electrical or construction industry)
? Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance & transport regulations
? Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
? Proficiency in fleet management software and reporting
? Valid driver’s license
