A Supply Chain Risk Management. Company is looking for an entry level Production Assistant to support the Production Manager. The Production Manager has been driving a lot of hiring and growth in the business and needs day-to-day support. The role suits someone with a supply chain management and procurement background who has strong attention to detail, solid admin skills and good people skills.

DUTIES:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production Manager and production team.
• Support procurement activities, including sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders and following up
• with suppliers on deliveries.
• Assist with supply chain coordination, tracking incoming components and materials against production
• requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation and stock information.
• Liaise with production, engineering and stores teams to keep work flowing.
• Flag delays, shortages or discrepancies proactively.Top of Form
