Recruiter – Cape Town
FROGG Recruitment is looking for experienced Recruiters for our Cape Town branch. Work remotely and reward yourself with an excellent basic salary and competitive commission structure! We operate across various industries and sectors, so generalist or specialist recruitment experience is welcome. To be considered, you must have at least 3 years of full 360-degree recruitment experience gained specifically within a recruitment agency.
Market Related Basic Salary + Commission
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience across various industries/sectors.
- Agency experience is essential (must come from a recruitment agency background).
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals is essential.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for your own recruitment the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from A to Z.
- Work on incoming job specs and proactively drive new business development.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Post and manage job adverts across multiple recruitment platforms and websites.
- Source, headhunt, screen, and interview top-tier candidates for various client roles.
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, from the first interview through to final feedback.
- Facilitate job offers, salary negotiations, and placement contracts.
