Graphic Designer - Staff Solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory, and typography
• Knowledge of web and social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop original concepts and ideas
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of designs, illustrations, logos, and other visual content for various products
• Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork and materials
• Edit and improve existing graphics according to specific requirements
• Research and develop new creative concepts and design strategies
• Meet with clients to understand and discuss their visual and design requirements
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and within required deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and clients throughout the design process
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual materials
