An established furniture manufacturing company requires a Junior Sales and Planning Coordinator to provide administrative, planning and coordination support across Sales, Production, Despatch and Management. The successful candidate must be highly organised, proactive and capable of managing orders, deadlines, follow-ups and reporting with limited supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or an equivalent qualification.

A relevant qualification in Sales, Administration, Planning or Business Management would be advantageous.

Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, planning or coordination would be advantageous.

Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant business systems.

Able to capture and maintain accurate information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Proactive approach to follow-ups and completing outstanding tasks.

Able to compile accurate sales, order and planning reports.

Strong attention to detail and deadline-management skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
