Junior Inventory Clerk Boksburg Johannesburg Gauteng
Our manufacturing client in Boksburg Johannesburg is looking for a Junior Inventory Controller / Inventory Clerk will be responsible for tracking, recording, and managing stock levels within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must have prior
experience in manufacturing inventory control and working knowledge of the Evolution accounting system.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an inventory control role within the manufacturing industry (non-negotiable)
- Experience working on the Evolution accounting system (non-negotiable)
- Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock records on Evolution
- Record inventory movements accurately in the inventory system
- Assist with stock takes and cycle counts
- Ensure correct storage, labelling, and organisation of inventory
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse and operations teams.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies/variances
- Issue stock to departments as required and maintain records
- Generate inventory reports as required by management
