Warehouse Manager - Lotus HR and Recruitment

Our client, a leading branded marketing and promotional warehousing and distribution company, seeks to employ a Warehouse Manager to join this progressive and expanding professional team.
 
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the effective management of all warehouse activities and processes, including Receiving, Inventory Management, Kitting and Despatch, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, customer service and cost management.
 
Please note that only candidates currently resident in Cape Town will be considered.
 

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed Matric coupled with at least 5 years of relevant warehouse management experience
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations across receiving, inventory management, kitting and despatch, including production planning and operational process improvement
• You will have strong people management, leadership, analytical and communication capabilities
• A focus on operational efficiency, productivity, customer service, cost control and continuous improvement will be required
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
