Minimum Requirements:
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Support time studies and workflow analysis.
- Collect, analyse and interpret production data.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Prepare reports and update engineering documentation.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
