National Customer Service Consultant - Lotus HR and Recruitment

Our client, a leading branded marketing, promotional merchandise, event logistics, warehousing and distribution specialist, seeks to employ a National Customer Service Coordinator to join this progressive and expanding professional team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years' experience in customer service, client coordination or account administration within a warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or promotional marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing a strategic national customer account, ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple regions and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries and fulfilment requirements.
• You will have strong customer relationship management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, warehouse operations, production, transport and internal support teams.
• A focus on service excellence, order accuracy, KPI achievement and ensuring the timely fulfilment and distribution of branded merchandise, promotional materials, marketing collateral and event-related stock will be required.
• Experience coordinating national orders, managing service requests, monitoring customer performance metrics, resolving queries and supporting continuous improvement initiatives will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in advanced Excel essential with Mageto software highly advantageous
• You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
