Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential building sites.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed according to programme, specifications, and quality standards.
- Drive productivity while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and building regulations.
- Plan daily and weekly construction activities.
- Manage material usage and minimise wastage.
- Liaise effectively with Contracts Managers, Site Agents, consultants, and clients.
- Mentor junior site staff and promote a positive site culture.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a General Foreman on residential building projects.
- Proven track record delivering multi-unit residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and finishing trades.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Stable employment history with reputable building contractors or developers.
