Pr.CPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) - The Recruiter

A respected medium-sized building contractor is looking to appoint an experienced PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) to lead construction teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality building projects across Cape Town.

Key Requirements:

• Registered PrCPM with SACPCMP (essential).
• Minimum 8 years' building construction experience.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and project staff.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent client liaison and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and programme.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and programme.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement practical solutions.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
