Our client in Somerset West Cape Wineland is looking for an HR officer with 5 years HR Generalist experience. You need payroll, HR, Recruitment and Selection and BCEA experience.

HR Certificate/Diploma or Degree
5 years HR Officer / HR Coordinating experience
3 years Payroll experience Wages and Perms
Responsibilities
- Assisting the HR Manager with the full Payroll on SAGE 300 (a must have)
- Recruitment and Selection - Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with employment equity and other relevant legislation.
- Onboarding and Offboarding (Exit Interviews)
- Employee Relations Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Steer Training and Development
- HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.
- Compliance and Legal
- Provide general HR support and advice to employees and management.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
