Our client in the Engineering sector, based in Gqeberha, has an opportunity available for an Junior Electrical Designer (EPLAN).

Duties:

Development of control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQ’s.
Develop detailed bill of materials from control concepts.
Document the control concept in E-Plan software.
Continually improve design philosophy based on international and local electrical standards.
Apply electrical principals to ensure sound operation of company projects.

Requirements:

Matric
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) advantageous
1 + Years’ experience in E-Plan version 8
Strong understanding of electrical processes and knowledge of SANS 10142
Electrical panel building skills
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Driver’s License and own transport essential Flexible and able to work overtime on short notice
