Build and maintain the FTP curve, apply FTP to loan pricing and investment benchmarking, structure internal hedging and funding solutions with the Front Office, and measure the true cost of concessional lending — using the Middle Office analytics engine to advise ALCO on pricing discipline and long-term financial sustainability.

Funds Transfer Pricing & Pricing

- Apply the FTP rate at each loan’s Weighted Average Life (WAL) for private-sector and trade-finance loan pricing.
- Benchmark investment performance against FTP at duration and compute sector NIM / loan-book profitability by sector.
- Maintain the pricing methodology and ensure its consistent, policy-based application across borrowers.
Financial Structuring
- Structure internal hedging solutions (IRS / CCS / FX swaps) with the Investment & Hedging desk to convert exposures to the USD/SOFR base.
- Structure funding instruments and support the design of the short-term funding toolkit.
- Support equity-duration management and swap-overlay design under the ALM Framework (NII / EVE trade-off), using the analytics produced by Operational Control & Analytics.
Concessionality Monitoring
- Measure the cost of concessionality using the IMF methodology and internal opportunity-cost lens (NPV of a concessional / blended versus non-concessional loan).
- Report the cost of concessionality to ALCO to safeguard the Bank’s financial sustainability.
Governance & Coordination
- Present FTP curve updates and pricing / concessionality analysis to ALCO.
- Coordinate with Operations and lending (pricing application), the Front Office (structuring and execution), Operational Control & Analytics (balance-sheet analytics), Risk and Finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field, a master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in funds transfer pricing, financial structuring, ALM or treasury quantitative modelling within an MDB or major investment bank.
