Branch Rental Coordinator Cape Town Airport Industria
Our vehicle rental client in Cape Town Airport industrial is looking for a Branch Coordinator to navigate and coordinate customer service and delivery of vehicles once a client requests a vehicle.
Salary Negotiable – Must be able to work shifts
Min Requirements
- Matric or relevant
- 3-4 years branch coordination – preferable from a rental perspective
- 3 years rental experience an added bonus
- 3 years administration experience
- 3 years top customer service experience
- Good with software and MS office
Responsibilities
- Deliver top service and branch operations control between client and drivers and its destination
- Responsible for customer service between customer and company
- Bookings of vehicles to rent
- Branch Coordination regarding planning, bookings, cost and receiving payments
- Assign instructions to drivers regarding customers request, drop offs, pick ups
- Assure all documentation is correctly completed and stored – added to the system
- Liaise with drivers to drop of and pick up vehicles at client’s destinations
- Liaise with customers regarding bookings, cost and collection
